Sundays

Worship – Everyone is always welcome to Worship on Sundays at 11am, there’s plenty of parking in the Church car park, or overflow into the Scout Hut car park next door!

Children’s Work

Kids (0 to 11’s) There are a range of different activities and clubs for our preschool and primary school aged children. On Sundays at the 11am worship children share with the adults in the first part of worship and then go off to their groups, Creche and Young Church with their fully DBS checked leaders.

Youth Ministry

Youth (11+) also meet in to their own group during Sunday’s 11am worship.

Prayer and Praise

Twice a month there is a Sunday evening prayer and Praise. See the Calendar for details.

Growing Together

  • Connect Groups

    There are a number of weekly Connect groups, on a Monday afternoon and evening as well as on a Wednesday evening, we encourage all our church family to join a connect group as this really helps us grow together and to grow in Jesus.

  • Freedom in Christ Course

    The "Freedom in Christ" course runs from Thursday 10th October for the rest of the term. Further details from Pastor Steve.

  • Prayer Cell

    Gather at church for prayer, fortnightly on Wednesdays from 10am. See the calendar for further details.

What else is going on?

  • TIDDLERS TODDLERS- MONDAY (weekly)

    Mondays is our Tiddlers Toddlers Group. Great fun for preschoolers and their parents / carers. 10 til 11.30am (term time only), free play, crafts, snacks and drinks, songs, stories, just great fun! Contact Sarah for more info 07969 857983

  • KIDZ CLUB- TUESDAY (fortnightly)

    On Tuesdays 6.15 til 7.15pm join our Kidz Club for kids in year groups 1 to 4 (fortnightly). There are games, crafts, competitions, Bible message, snack, oh, and its free! Contact Drina for more info 07919 543278 or see the calendar for details

  • KIDZ CLUB PLUS- THURSDAY (fortnightly)

    Kidz Club+ for kids in Y5 and above every other Thursday night 7 til 8.30pm. Tuck shop, games, chill out, trips away. Contact Steve 07913 442627 or see the calendar for details

  • COMMUNITY COFFEE MORNING - THURSDAY (weekly)

    Free Community Coffee Morning, every Thursday 10 til 11.30am. Brews, jigsaws, quizzes, friendship. All welcome. Contact Alison on 07773 024112

  • GREAT ECC NETBALL TEAMS- Wednesdays (weekly)

    We have re-established the Great Eccleston Netball Teams. The teams, the Babybelles and the Gems, play on a Wednesday night in the SportsReach league

  • THE ORCHARD- GREAT ECC COMMUNITY GARDEN - Tuesday & Thursday (weekly)

    Join us on Tuesdays from 10am-12pm and Thursdays form 12-2pm as we develop The Orchard next to Church as a place to grow both physically and spiritually
